1.Program Description

Auxo, and the businesses that use Auxo's automation, send transactional SMS messages. These are primarily automated replies sent when a call to the business is missed, so we can reconnect with the caller. The purpose of these messages is customer service and reconnecting missed callers. They are transactional messages, not marketing.

2.Consent

You opt in to receive these messages by calling a participating business, or by submitting the opt-in form on this site. Your consent is for transactional messages related to your inquiry or your missed call. It is not consent to receive marketing.

3.Age Restriction

This SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

4.Message and Data Rates, Frequency, STOP and HELP

Message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency varies.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
Reply HELP for help.

5.Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will stop sending SMS messages to your number. You may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

6.Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
